Fastest way to reach us is email – we usually reply within a day or two, sometimes faster if it’s about something time-sensitive like a comeback or a wrong fact in a live post.

What to write about

• Corrections & fact-checks – Spotted a typo, wrong tour date, mislabeled member photo? Send it. We’ll edit the piece and add a note if the correction is material.
• Guest posts & pitches – If you’ve got a piece you want to write for KVerse, send us the pitch (a short paragraph, not the whole essay). We reply to every serious pitch, even the ones we can’t use.
• Business / advertising – Media kit available on request. We accept banner and native placements only; no sponsored articles that don’t declare themselves as sponsored.
• DMCA / takedown – If a photo of yours is up here without proper credit or you want it removed, email us with the URL and proof of ownership. We’ll take it down within 24 hours – usually much sooner.
• Interview requests – If you’re from an outlet and want to talk to us about running the site, sure. Just be clear about what the piece is.

What NOT to email us about

• “Give me BTS’s phone number.” We do not have it. We would not give it to you if we did.
• Ticket sales, refunds, official merch problems – those go to Weverse Shop / your ticket vendor. We are a fan site, not customer service.
• Cryptic threats, hate mail, or extended shipping arguments. We’ll read them, but you’ll be doing the reading of your own reply out loud, to yourself.

Social

We’re working on getting the accounts up. When they’re live, they’ll show up in the footer of every page. Until then, email really is the best route.
