Terms of Use

By using KVerse you’re agreeing to a few basic things. None of them are surprising, but reading through them takes about two minutes and saves us both trouble later.

1. This is a fan site, not an official one

KVerse has no affiliation with HYBE, YG Entertainment, SM Entertainment, ADOR, JYP Entertainment, Weverse Company, or any of the artists we write about. Names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. When we mention them, it’s for commentary, review or news – the usual fair-use ground.

2. Content ownership

Written articles on KVerse belong to KVerse and its guest writers. You’re welcome to:

• Read them.
• Share the link on Weverse, Twitter, Reddit, wherever – that’s literally why we’re here.
• Quote a paragraph or two in your own piece if you credit us and link back.

What you’re NOT welcome to do is copy an entire article and republish it elsewhere. If you want to translate a piece into Korean, Japanese, Spanish, whatever – email us; we say yes to almost every translation request as long as you keep the original credit.

3. Images

Where we use photos, they’re either sourced from Creative-Commons libraries with credit, taken from official group social accounts under fair-use commentary, or made by us. If an image of yours ended up here without proper credit, tell us via Contact and we’ll fix it – usually within 24 hours.

4. Accuracy

We do our best to check facts before publishing. Comeback dates get double-checked, tracklists get double-checked, quotes are attributed to their source. Still, mistakes happen. If we get something wrong, we correct it in-place and add a small note at the bottom of the article if the change is material. Nothing here should be treated as financial, medical, or professional advice – it’s K-pop coverage.

5. Comments & user submissions

We don’t have on-site comments yet, but if that changes: harassment, doxxing, hate speech, and slut-shaming of members / their partners / their families get removed. Fandom disagreements are fine; personal attacks aren’t. Guest submissions become subject to the same content-ownership rule as our own posts once accepted.

6. External links

We link to Weverse, YouTube, Twitter, news outlets and Wikipedia constantly – that’s how a site like this works. We don’t control what those sites do; if their content changes or disappears after we’ve linked it, that’s on them.

7. Ads and affiliate links

The site is supported by banner ads (see the Privacy Policy for who serves them). Occasionally we may include an affiliate link – usually to an official album on a store – and if you buy through it, KVerse gets a small cut at no extra cost to you. When a link is affiliate we say so in the sentence around it. We don’t take money to change opinions.

8. Downtime

The site runs on shared hosting. Once in a while it goes down for a few minutes. We can’t promise 100% uptime and we won’t owe anyone a refund on their free browsing session.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in any meaningful way we’ll update the date at the top of this page and put a small note in the footer for a week or so.

10. Which law applies

KVerse is operated from Pakistan. If there’s a legal dispute, Pakistani law applies. Realistically, though, 99% of anything we’d ever hear from a reader is going to be settled by an email.
